KG, Germany.  Both companies will explore marketing and co-development efforts utilizing Vuzix experience and IP in optics and wearable technology and Uvex Safety Group GmbH & Co. KG's experience and IP for personal protective eyewear; with a goal to advance the current state of Smart Glasses technology and develop integrated innovative solutions for enterprise users. As a first effort, Vuzix M100 Smart Glasses will be bundled with a pair of Vuzix branded i3 safety glasses and custom mounting hardware for using the M100 on either the left or right eye which is designed and manufactured by Uvex Safety Group GmbH & Co KG, Germany.
