Through the use of the Vuzix M400 Smart Glasses to train junior technicians from the comfort of an office instead of standing over their shoulder and watching them, SpringCity Energy technicians can now train multiple junior technicians each day, which has resulted in significant cost savings.  By using smart glasses-based work instructions, Spring City eliminated the need for paper-based instructions, improved maintenance checks (no maintenance checks missed or overlooked) and increased productive output by 40%.
